Can they be worn outside?

They are completely wearable outside. They can be thought of as “clear” frames and not so much blue light blocking frames.

Just got the glasses but the “ Blue Light Torch “ does not work ( no light coming out ) now what??

Are these glasses anti-reflective, do NOT reflect light from the screen onto the glasses when in a video call?

I don't know if I received ones that are different, but mine are VERY glaring. On a Zoom call I can see the reflection of my whole screen on the glasses :(
