These ones have a slight different slot fitment than the standard 80/20 bars. So hardware might be a bit floppy at first. Once tightened though they works exactly as expected. Great lower cost and readily available solution.

Cost/finish/price - perfect!

The outside dimensions are 4040 but the T-nut slot is very deep. Much deeper than any T-Nuts I could find. I read this is so they can use less aluminum. I have had to use it and it takes care in trying to make sure a T-nut is lined up during the tightening process since if it were the correct depth it would automatically align. If you're using Monstertech extrusions, these are not what you want. All measurements are fine except the track depth is an 1/8" too deep.

Got what I ordered in a very timely manner.

Worked with all the standard fasteners. A warning however this is much lighter weight that standard 8020. If you tap the center hole at the standard 8mm stress from the Tap die showed through because the material was thin. I would not recommend this for heavy duty applications otherwise it fine. Take this is to account when you buy it because you are getting a lot less aluminum than on the standard stuff. It really should mention that is is light weight in the product information.

Sizes correct, worked great for my use case driving simulator.

Strong enough to build a full iracing sim rig.
