UPDATE : After contacting customer service I was sent the exact replacement piece I needed for my unit! Arrived only a few days after showing them the extent of the damage and I can now replace the faulty part. The swing looks 100% perfect now. Truly commendable service.--I got this rocking porch swing to replace the one I've had in my front yard for a few years now as it's starting to show obvious signs of damage. My old one has had its canopy and part of the cushion greatly affected by sun damage, bleaching them slightly and, probably because of the cheaper material, they have started to rip obviously and show holes in the fabrics that only grow by the day. I decided to opt in for a new black version VS the gray I previously had and I'm happy to say that the color is true to the design and fits in well in my front / backyard since it's a neutral color. Set up is very simple and the entire unit arrived safely for the most part. There was a damaged area around the chair arm rest that I am contacting customer service about to find a solution. Until then, that's a star removed as, otherwise, everything else looks great, but the area is very obvious and unpleasant to look at.One other thing I will praise this kit for is its way of organizing the tools: each packet is pre-sorted for each section you need to work with, so you have little margin for error when setting this up. No missing parts but do be wary that there aren't any extra ones either, so carefully, CAREFULLY work with your nuts/bolts. Outdoor conditions weren't ideal for me to set this up directly outside on my porch, so I worked in my studio and I'll just push it outside after construction is complete. As far as stability goes, this easily supports three adults, even three plus-sized people. Though I can't say how far the weight limit actually goes I'm confident three full-sized adults can fit on this comfortably without fear of it giving way. It has a comfortable enough cushion, though a bit on the thinner side, but really does look great with added pillows and cushions, especially vibrant, colored ones as they stand out against the pure black of the seat / frame.

This was fairly easy to assemble, except that the assembly instructions have some glaring errors. At one point, they refer to screws that have already been used in a previous step, and in another, the drawing that shows how the top piece fits the sides is stupidly wrong.Once it's assembled, it's not too bad. I wanted one that was fairly lightweight, since I have to move it every time I mow - not only to mow under, but so I'm not keeping certain parts of the lawn in shade all the time. So, it's light enough, but it sort of flexes as I move it, so there are probably more sturdy ones out there. But, I'm probably not going to have crowds of people sitting in it, so I'm okay with it not being heavy duty.I didn't realize that the seat cover was padded. I was specifically looking for one that wasn't padded, because I wanted it to be able to dry quickly if it rains. But it's super thin padding, so it's fine, and it's easily removable unlike some I looked at where the cushions stayed in place.For the price, this is decent. In a couple years, I'll know the pros and cons of what I like and don't like, and when I'm ready to replace it, I'll know what features I actually need.Honestly, I had hoped to find a few of these in home improvements stores so I could check the comfort, but the only one I could find locally was at a grocery store. So ... I ordered here and appreciated that I didn't have to figure out how to get a ginormous box into my car.

how easy the swing was to put together!! All hardware was nicely labeled and put together. No searching for this screw or that screw! And the instructions were very easy. Took about 1 hour , 3 adults with good..Cushion will do but could be thicker.Overall, you can’t beat it for the price! It’s easy to move around and I Love the canopy for keeping the sun off. It swings very easily.My wife has been using it none stop and after a year one part broke , I emailed the seller, and they got back to me right away, they replaced and shipped the part to my house free

Finally have time to install the swing. Its really easy to install the instruction was easy. At first I'm afraid the swing is not safe to fit two adult but its shows that fit two adult with no problem. The shade on the top help you block much sun when you are on the swing, The quality is great and it doesn't have werid noise when you swing, Great product, color look great too.

Needs a thicker cushion so when you sit down the bar don't hurt your legs

Do not buy this product! The item arrived boxed nicely. The assembly instructions were sparse, but with the photos and the screw packages were labeled, so it wasn’t too difficult to put together. Despite these two positives, though, the deal breaker is the frame, which is hollow, and seemed too fragile for adults to use. We decided to give it the benefit of the doubt, since we had already put it together, and we put it out in front of the house. We only used it a handful of times before we had a storm with rain and high winds. We placed the swing next to the house to protect it from the weather, but the next time we went to sit on it after the storm, we discovered the frame was bent, and no longer safe to use. I’m not sure if the storm ruined it, or someone walking past sat on it and it bent the frame. Either way, that is unacceptable, and, after 3 months of very light use we had to put it out for the trash collector to pick it up. I was so disappointed since it really looked pretty, and we had it such a short time. Do not buy this product.
