Our frosted polythene vinyl sleeves are a safe, affordable and durable way to protect your vinyl sleeves from wear, dust and debris, as well as damage caused by UV rays emitted by the sun. Our protective sleeves will not stick to your sleeves or cause "veiling" on your records, which greatly degrades the sound quality when playing. It would seem that this problem is due to the interaction between the PVC pouches, made from petroleum products, and the disc, which is also made of PVC. They are thick and strong and surprisingly flexible compared to other PVC protective sleeves. We tested these protective sleeves and they are suitable for LPs, single gatefolds and double gatefolds. In summary, they are the best external and durable protection for your vinyl collection. For best results, combine with our internal HDPE vinyl sleeves for long-lasting all-around protection.
