Lights4funSet of 3 Battery Operated Crackle Glass LED Ball Decorations

I purchased these as spare, due to my last ones getting damaged with a tiny chip in, where I had them in storage for too long. I totally forgot the lights came with a timer. So for the first week of using, the batteries only lasted 4 days. It’s was only when I changed the batteries again, I noticed later that evening the lights had turned off. At first I thought they had broken. But after closer inspection I realised, the setting switch has a timer in the middle. Which I had accidentally activated on the battery change. So I’m happier now, coz the lights last way longer on the 6hr on, 18hrs off mode.

Please could seller contact me. There wasn’t a way for me to make contact. I have bought two of these to display together but the bulbs in one are bright white and in the other they’re more yellow. They should both be bright white. Please could someone make contact about changing one.

When I received the lamps, I followed the instructions and inserted 3 batteries. The lights did not work. So I put in 3 other batteries, just in case, the lights did not work. I was extremely disappointed and about to return the lamps when my husband, an electronic engineer, kindly offered to have a look at them. He troubleshooted the electrical system and found a dry solder joint ( open circuit joint) , which he fixed by resoldering the joint. Bingo, the lights worked, and are now working fine.What a frustrating experience! This was just too much hassle and without my husband's help I would have had to return the faulty lamps back.I would have expected this type of items to be tested before being shipped, which does not seem to be the case.The lamps themselves are pretty, however they are a lot smaller than what they look like on the Amazon site.Of course I do not recommend these lamps unless you have an electrician in the house !

I bought this as a present and was more than a bit disappointed. The globes were smaller than I expected and there was no stopper at the bottom so the lights will rest on the surface of the furniture. They are also all connected to one set of lights so you have to display them all together - I was expecting individual globes that I could place independently from each other. The edges were a bit rough too.

It is very rare I write a review, as I feel everyone has different expectations.However, I have to say that I am absolutely made up with this set of battery operated lights.I've been looking for something to create some light in an area where I don't have an electric socket. These little lights look so cute and are glass and not made from cheap little bits of plastic.Really pleased with this purchase. Great value for money.
