I will say I was skeptical about taking this but I have not had any unwanted side effects. They taste fine and are easy swallow capsules. I have been taking this for almost 2 weeks and I do notice a boost in my energy and thinking after I take these. I will continue to use the rest of the bottle snd see how it goes. So far not bad.

All I wanted to do was sleep, after having a sinus infection for several days. No antibiotics, just real Sudafed, which really wipes out the adrenals. Taking one capsule per day had no affect. However, when I increased the dosage to 2 caps per day, OMG the fog lifted fast! I really wouldn't have believed that it was possible from mushroom, let alone that fast. But it really happened, and I'm continuing to take those caps. They made me a believer.

Did my research and looked at just about every mushroom supplement I could find! Many had much more less the recommended dosage. I didn’t want to have to take only half a cap or too many caps so I found these at the right dose and price. I was pleasantly surprised I did notice after taking these less fatigue and more focus without the gittery feeling and crash I was used to with caffeine. I’m happy I found a new healthy morning routine! Also they smell like spiced chocolate!?

These mushroom capsules are pretty super! I have a Reishi powder as well, but I prefer these capsules because the pure powder has a pretty potent taste. These taste good to me and are easy to take. It's a little bit hard to tell with immune-system boosters if they're working, but when I take my normal mushrooms and vitamin-b it seems to help me from getting the flu or a common cold as often, and I expect that these magical mushroom pills will have me feeling terrific!!
