I use these when I run and play golf, and they do exactly what I need - they block out the sun without making me feel I'm wearing long sleeves. They also dry very fast (whether from sweat or washing - I do not put these types of clothes in the dryer). I did notice that after a couple of rounds of golf, there's some pilling on the sleeves, but I can live with that as it's quite minor and to be expected given the amount of movement. They are still tremendous value!

Great sun protection and helps protect my thinner skin while gardening. They are a bit tight on the upper arm but fine for me with my small size arms (probably ok up to average size women’s arms).
