what are the dimensions of the radio?

its around 4 x 8 inches its a lot smaller than it looks in the picture but its a pretty decent radio

Descriptions says you can charge the radio using AC/USB power. Is this actually true? Can I plug it in to the wall?

There is no dedicated, traditional AC port that I can find. It has a one, mini USB slot that they consider both the "DC in" (when plugged into a computer) and the "AC in" slot (when you use it with a mini USB cable that has an adapter to plug into a regular AC wall outlet). The USB cable is not included.

What is the model of USB charging cord that is needed to plug into the radio side?

The tip on the USB cable that connects to the radio is a USB-mini tip (I think it's referred to as "B". The main tip being referred to "A")
