Colour fades quickly
Nice quality and useful reference item. Word of advice however, keep out of bright sunlight, as the background red/yellow ink fades - as discovered after placing globe on a UK window cill.

Go for the antique one.
Really good, nice and small. Exactly what I was looking for. Disregard the other reviews, the writing isn't that small, the antique one is better than the other 3. It's clear and the text is not overloaded. It's also in proportion for the most part. It's not a proper educational globe, but good enough for a decorative item, and you can still clearly map out the cities/countries.
