Es un equipo excelente, solamente que llego dañado.

Es un equipo excelente, trae un pequeño libreto de instrucciones, en la parte baja del equipo se encuentra una pieza para instalarlo y fijarlo a algún lugar; para usarlo sin temor a que se mueva. también cuenta con un repuesto de alambre para el corte de la tortilla, se puede nivelar por medio de los engranes para una tortilla muy delgada o más gruesa(al gusto) en mi caso la use para hacer tamales, con un grosor apropiado.El detalle es que llegó golpeada la caja y doblados los tornillos con los cuales se nivelan los engranes. Trate de enderezarlos y pude usar el equipo. Me gustaría saber si pueden enviarme esas piezas para poder usarlo con más confianza. Recomendaría una caja que pueda proteger esa área del equipo.

Didn't work for US

It works in the beginning, but after 15 minutes you have to stop and remove the roller to clean it because the dough eventually get stuck and all the tortillas get ripped

The media could not be loaded. No trae instrucciones . Hay un cable roto que nose donde va ..no la puedo usar si no se como usarla . Mal muy mal que no traiga Instruciones .

This product was so easy to use but I would recommend starting out with a partner to help. It is a little tricky to get started and I'm certain with practice you would be successful on your own. My product had initially been lost in the mail so I emailed the sellers to let them know and they replied to my message and within 2 days it was shipped to my home and arrived in perfect condition! Great team and I am so thankful that this company took care of me so well and made sure I had a great experience. I really appreciate it!
