The knife doesn't lock so is always folding in on its self please advise

Don't buy it. It's complete and utter trash. The advert and the photo look good, but it's like it came out of a lucky bag or something you might get free from McDonalds.

Carabiner. Are the carabiners rated for actual climbing weight support or just for hanging a few tools?

I bought it for my son. It is advertised as bigger than it actually was. It's no bigger than a smallish First Aid box. The tools look like they were made very cheap in China, and once out of the box, will not go back in. The carabiner, ha ha..only good for boy scouts playing about. In a nutshell...Rubbish.
