Wonderful hat. The neck protection comes in handy in hot weather. This hat can be folded along seams built into the bill, allowing you it to fit in a pocket without crushing it.

These kinds of hats are great to keep your neck from looking like grilled steak. But my dermatologist says that they don't protect the temple enough.

The lighter color hats (pink, yellow) fit WAY smaller than the the dark/white ones. I bought several so my family and kids can all be the coolest people around when we go out

I've got this in blue as well, one for me (adult normal size head woman) and one for my 9yo DD who has a much smaller head, yet fits us both! Really good neck coverage so I prefer her to use this at School rather than their recommended cap which has such a small brim you wonder why bother.

I have been looking for one of these Legionnaire hats to wear when I am on my lawn tractor usually 3 hours at a time, as well as protecting my neck from the sun it stops insects going down my neck and back when I go underneath trees and disturb the branches. As for the size it is slightly big for me but as I wear ear defenders these keep the hat in place and being a bit loose it does not mess my hair up so very pleased with my purchase.

I ordered this for my husband who is a very keen Angler. He wanted something to keep the sun off the back of his neck in warm weather. This was ideal, My only complaint was it had several black marks on it when we unpacked it which we think were ink marks which had rubbed off the enclosed delivery note. It isn't a problem as after it has been worn on the river bank a few times it will soon be in need of a wash!

I bought this to wear at a motor racing circuit in France where you're sat in bright sunshine all day. I've previous burnt the tops of my ears. The folding peak is great so I can put it in my pocket of my bike jacket. Only minor quibble is that it's a bit tight on my big head but otherwise it was a good buy

I have been using this hat whilst playing green bowls. As you can appreciate this year the sun is really dangerous. This hat keeps the sun off my neck, it’s great.
