Can you sit in this costume?

Yes you can, but I am not sure for how long. It depends on what you consider comfortable. It is one of the cutest things ever!!

Can you use it on summer time? Is to hot to used it?? Is cool enough??

It’s hot to use any time. The fan blowing in cold air in the winter helps, but it’s still very warm inside it from body heat. I imagine it’s very hot in the summer as the fan blows air in from outside.
