Yummm
I bought this to make some pastries but have found it super yummy in many recipes. I made some simple syrup with it as well and it tastes great in a latte or an old fashioned.

Great flavor
Exactly as described. The vanilla flavor is present but not overpowering. Perfect to use in tea or coffee. One thing I didn't catch is that the sugar is fine, like powdered/icing sugar. I was expecting granulated/castor sugar. This is not disappointing, I just wasn't aware so I'm noting it for others awareness. I will definitely buy this sugar from this company again. Superb product.

Jude’s Vanilla Sugar is THE BEST!!
I can not say enough how good this sugar is! This was my second time purchasing, and I use it mixed in, as well as on top of my homemade Crème Brûlée, and the flavor and texture is the best!! Highly recommend!
