Got my 2 seat cushions a week ago, and feel like it was money well spent. I put one in the drivers seat of my car and the other at my kitchen table.What a difference! I wasn't sure when I ordered them if it would meet my need, but willing to try anything after 3 weeks of sciatica pain. After lowering my car seat a little and adding the cushion, I was able to adjust the seat and found it was easy to reach the pedals, plus I was a little further away from the steering wheel - both a plus! I replaced my 2 thinner cushions I was using at the table and now sitting more comfortable with the new cushion. Sorry I waited so long. I would highly recommend this cushion if you have ANY type of back problem.

Bought a new Honda van and the driver seat really sucked on long trips - anything over an hour and my legs would get sooo pinched up that my entire lower back was in pain. Bought this little guy and have been using it a month before I wrote this review. It LESSENED the issue for sure, albeit only temporarily though. It maintains its shape, but does allow to be compress after an hour on it - once it hits that point, its like its not even there. It is also over sized when placing on the seat, so you slip around on it every single time.its an OK product - but a poor band-aid at that. I wished I spent more money on a different product....would not buy again

I have sciatic nerve pain and i use this cushion when i drive. It really helps to aleviate the pain . However the only problem i have is getting it in the riight spot on the car seat in order for it work for me, because the car seat is bigger than the cushion. It really works for me. Im usually debilitated for a day or two after a 5 hour drive. I dont have that problem anymore!

I work at a desk/computer all day, which hurts my tail bone and aggravates my bad back. The backbone's connected to the neck bone; the neck bone's connected to the head bone; and I end up with headaches.This arrived this morning while I was working from home, so I used it all day and it was REALLY comfortable, and all of those bones feel better tonight! I'm also less tired and no headache. There was no fighting to keep the cushion in position and I didn't have to lean in different ways throughout the day to relieve different muscles, joints, butt parts and bones.Thank you, thank you! I ordered another for when I work in the office.

While the cushion seems made well, it was too hard for my relief. I have a 'sit bone' issue and need a very soft surface, this cushion did not give that relief even though it had a memory foam surface, once I settled into it, it was too hard. I only weigh 135."Even though I previously gave the product 1 star, it is only because it did not work for me. But my correspondence with the company that made it (Intuitive Enterprise) has been nothing short of a 'class act'! I have never had better customer service than I have from this company! THE BEST! I have been searching for a great seat for my sacroiliac joint, sciatic, and lower back issues for YEARS. This product is truly amazing and yes, it is very COOLING. I have bought two - one for my car driver's seat and one for my recliner. I am so impressed with this product. So soft, so supportive and very cooling. My back and side were injured in a fall recently, and I had to spend many hours sitting on a hard wooden chair. I began getting pressure sores from sitting and needed something to alleviate the pain. This cushion has worked wonders! It's thick and comfortable and has helped immensely. I love it so much, I'll probably continue using it even after I no longer need it! The pillow was in great shape when it arrived. It does help my back but I wish it didn’t flatten out as much as it does.
