These have an industrial aesthetic but if that suits your situation, they work fine. They are solidly built with good attachments. Powder coating is good. Buy a long phillips driver for installation of the base plates.

I needed something on the left side of my steps going up to the porch. I was having to grab onto the window sill for support to steady myself. I was afraid I would fall backwards. The seller includes a drill bit and plastic anchors to attach to wall. We didn't need them just put it together positioned where I wanted it marked holes ,my husband used a small drill bit that he all ready had and then just screwed in the screws it was in wood on side of house so is very secured. Some of you might need the plastic anchors they supply we didn't.

We have a long steep driveway and put first set of seven railings on the fence along the drive. Building another fence, and the second set of four will go on that. Takes two people to attach them properly but easy to put together. So study and good looking.

This worked really well, pipe junctions hit studs perfectly! Nice looking handrail. Smooth surface and feels quite stable.

I used this handrail as intended, along the wall for 3 steps. It is very sturdy. The tube is not too fat or too thin. I was a little worried since I only have drywall to attach to. Usually I would have placed a board alongside the wall so that I can attach to 2x4's behind. I decided to use the included hardware directly to the drywall. It is very sturdy as is and it turned out great.The tubes do not need to be tightened as you might expect plumbing pipes to be done. Marking the wall for the installation was tricky since the assembled unit flops around. I recommend having a helper to hold it in place while you do the measuring, marking and drilling. Besides the screws, it comes with a drill bit. Standard handrail height is usually 36 inches.

We installed the handrail on our stairs going to the basement. The installation was easy and the end result is strong and reliable. I was able to connect to studs on two of the mounts, but even the one mount that used only anchors is strong and stable.We are very happy with this handrail.

This handrail was better than I expected. Very sturdy and easy to install. Came with screws, plugs and a drywall bit. Had it installed in less than 15 minutes.Love the overall look.
