It arrived in a good place. Was well packed. It easy to use and the taste is very good.

It came on time and was securely packaged so that it arrived intact. I was pleasantly surprised at the richness of flavor this added to my favorite stir fry recipe.

I keep a jar of this Ginger Garlic paste in my fridge at all times. It is always fresh and makes cooking much easier. No need to peel and grate ginger and garlic when both are called for in a recipe. It's a true time saver. Just figure out what you need and compare it to the 1 Tbsp ration for the paste (= 1.5 inch of minced garlic and 1.5 garlic cloves). Easy Peasy!

For the money, the bottle seemed a bit small, but other sellers are even more expensive! The vacuum-packed lid was tough to open because of the smooth edges. I finally used a hack--put a rubber band on the edge, hen twist. That worked!Flavor is good, and using a garlic/ginger mix is very convenient.

I've been buying this ginger for over two years now, and I loved the product until the last order I received. I use ginger a lot especially in winter, so I usually buy a new jar before the old jar runs out. When I received the new jar I noticed some differences.First I noticed the Jar's height has changed, which is not a big deal since the actual size in grams is the same in both jars. see pic, the jar on the left (new jar) is taller from the jar on right. Second is the color of ginger. The ginger in the new jar (left jar in the pic) is more brownish comparted to the old jar which is yellowish (right jar in the pic). Third, the texture of ginger in the new jar is more mushy, compared to the old jar which is more on the hard dry side. forth and most importantly taste. The new jar does not taste like pure ginger and more like salt, compared to the taste of ginger in the old jar which is pure fresh ginger. Before, I would use one table spoon in my food and it would taste perfect. With this new jar, I used 4 table spoons and still did not taste like ginger and tasted horribly.I don't usually write reviews, let along bad reviews. But I'm so sad and disappointed of what happened to the new ginger product from this company, because what they're selling now is definitely not ginger. Unfortunately, I will not be buying this product from this store any longer.

The only way it could be improved is if it were blended to be a bit more smooth, but no complaints. I use it all the time. Great value, great flavor, super easy to use.
