I decided to give this brand a try after switching from my previous brand. I do find it takes longer for efficacy ... I will finish this bottle and go back to the other brand I have been using. I also don't feel it gives me the same benefit the other brand I was taking did. I'm not sure why I chose this brand other than it was organic.

Quality product but it would be nice if it were clearer to know we are receiving 60, not 120, 1200 mg doses at this price

Since I started taking these, I have felt more alert, more awakened. Before I started taking them I felt very sluggish and was dozing-off anywhere I sat down. Now I feel great, more energized, seem to be handling stress better.

I recently purchased Ashwagandha Root 1200mg capsules. I have to say that I was thinking I was to the point of having to go on a prescription medication for depression. Just couldn't get out of my own way. Even though I still get a little depressed at times it seems more like a surface depression that passes quickly and definately not as deep as it was. More of a normal depression for the every day gal. The Ashwagandha really seems to give me a lift. I am so much happier. I stay focused at work and I I have much more energy at the end of my work day. So far I am very pleased. I hope it continues this way. I will continue to purchase. Much better solution than taking prescription medication.

I can't say I really differentiate this from the total herbal and nutritional support I utilize, but the ongoing messages and information provided by this company after my first purchase is amazing. I truly believe this is a family run business and that they care about their product and their consumers.

This product helps to nourish your thyroid as well as calm you down. It helps me sleep well at night. I take along with my thyroid supplements and I no longer have to take synthroid.

This is one of those products that you know have benefits but exactly what they are cannot be quantified. That said, with research this company seemed to have the most integrity regarding their product.
