Tree pruning telescopy rod or pipe
The item quality is good using for tree branches pruning but the locking of extended pipe is not firmly when U apply force the extended pipe gets unlock and sometimes it's come out

Locking system is not good. The pipes came out while pruning.
The pipe comes out while pruning. The lock does not work after that. Somehow the pipes were inserted back, but if there is an option to get this inspected by hectare team, it would be really helpful. And if they can improve the quality of the locking system.

Hectare Pole Honest Review
I recently purchased the Hectare Shock Proof Heavy Duty and Lightweight 18 feet extendable Telescopic Pole, and I encountered some issues. On the very first use, the topmost pipe separated from the next pipe below it. Additionally, three of the four plastic locking clips used for locking the pipes were lost in the bush.I had to spend an extra 200 rupees to buy replacement clips, from the Hectare company. Initially, they instructed me to return back the pole, but after explaining that I could handle the repairs myself if I received the clips, they sent the locking clips to me. I appreciate the support I received from Hectare in this regard.However, I find the locking system of this pole to be quite poor. In comparison to the Wolf Garten's pole, it falls short in terms of durability and reliability. The only advantage of the Hectare pole is its lower price, but in my honest opinion, the quality and performance do not justify even the modest savings.
