I was looking for the special switches for my project. It is what I was looking for in the price was reasonable.

It does what its supposed to.

I installed this over a momentary DTDP toggle switch. As far ass looks, it is good. Functionality, the cover does stay up; but sometimes, it rotates. I have tightened the switch quite a bit... but it still sometimes rotates. I think it needs a fastener to keep it from rotating. I am using this in an industrial automation application.

A bit pricey, but these are solid well made protective covers that do the job.

The switch cover it was as expected, very goodAs for the 6 pin way waterproof connectors they have not been delivered as yet

Okay I'm not sure what "engineer" came up with the design but you can only fit a very short switch under this cover plus the inside is angled so it will actually turn your switch on/off. I had to grind my toggle switch down to under a 1/2" because it wouldn't fit and now it's so short it's not as nice to use. I had to drill into the angled plastic that houses the spring to help the toggle clear so it wouldn't get activated. I'm using this for winch control in my truck so you could image I DO NOT want my toggle to turn on and damage something. Lastly, the black paint instantly scratched off while I used the proper size wrench to tighten down the switch to the plate. I'd avoid this style unless you have a very, very short switch or your off position is down. It's probably best for an on/off only switch and not a on/off/on switch.

I've used these toggle switch covers in the past, so I knew what I was ordering and how they should operate.

I bought this for my boat but I don't believe it will hold up to a salt environment
