Great quality!
Exceeded my expectations! The quality is awesome, it’s been 3 days and the garland it’s still intact. You can’t beat that price!. I bought another garland before for 21 dlls, and believe me, it looked nothing like this one. I will be buying more colors.

Just okay!
This did not include an "arc kit" as stated in the title and description.It was just the balloons in the various sizes. The balloons appear to be a dark yellow,but to our surprise, they are fairly clear once filled with air. The smallest balloonsare way too small, and are very difficult to blow up.Overall, though, they added beauty to our display (which included black and white balloonsordered separately).
