If you want to learn about the body.....
Very durable, absolutely accurate, and readable. Worth the price - even in our inflated economy.

These posters are double sided unfortunately can't hang on wall because of that. They are durable and we'll made.

Great posters; well drawn, highly detailed & easy to read labels for 6 organ systems...
These large, laminated posters are a great deal for $17.97. They are much nicer and much more detailed than I expected. They are laminated so they feel very durable and there are no worries about tearing the poster or smudging if laying one of them out on a table to use for study (they are two-sided). They would also be great on a wall, but then only one side is visible, so I think I would prefer to put them on a bulletin board and make sure the tacks hold the posters in place but without going through it so I can take it down when needed.Just as one example of the detail included on the poster, the one featuring the circulatory system has a large, centralized full-body diagram of a male (anterior view) labeling many of the major systemic blood vessels (arteries in red; veins in blue). The viewer just needs to keep in mind that paired arteries and veins have a right & left which is not indicated (a = artery; aa = arteries, v= veins & vv= veins). Many of the blood vessels are directly labeled, but to keep everything clear and easy to visualize, some blood vessels are numbered and there is a key to match the numbers to the correct term in the lower left corner. An overview of the systemic circulation is shown the upper right, making it easy to understand the path of blood from the heart to the body & back. The left side of the poster features the main arteries of the brain + an anterior and posterior view of the heart. At the bottom of the left side of the poster is a very useful comparison of arteries and veins and the different sizes/types of each. The right side of the poster (under the previously mentioned systemic circulation diagram) shows the heart in systole (mid-beat) and diastole (at rest). This is labeled as a posterior view with the atria removed, but it is really a superior view. Below that is a diagram showing the condition system of the heart. And all of that is just one side!!! The other side features the same diagrams, but this time the diagram of the full body is smaller and the other diagrams are larger. The other posters are similarly detailed. I especially like that there is poster for the female as well as the male muscular system (there is also one of the respiratory system, endocrine system and the skeletal system) . As you can probably tell, I am impressed. I would have loved to have had this when I was a student. I think this set of posters would be a great gift for a student majoring in human A&P or those studying to be health care practitioners. It would be nice for display in an office or clinic, or just for someone with an interest in A&P. to have. These posters are definitely worth the $17.97 cost. They arrived rolled up and wrapped in plastic and were well protected against creasing, folding or other damage in a box.

Great posters but the nervous system was not included
This would’ve been great if the nervous system was included as well. Some therapist meet the nervous system so they can explain pain issues to clients. Otherwise this was a good set
