I've had this product for about six weeks, and have used it five times since I received it. I will update after the full 12 weeks recommended treatment, but I can say that I have already noticed that my hair growth has slowed down A LOT. I used to have to shave every day, and sometimes would have stubble even by the end of the first day. But now I can usually go 3 days or so before needing to shave. For reference, I am female, medium brunette with fair skin (though I do tan easily).It takes me about an hour to (very thoroughly) treat my bikini line, armpits, lower legs (including knees) and feet. It takes about 3 seconds between pulses for the light to cool off and reset for the next one, so it's a bit more time-consuming than previous laser treatments I've had. But it's much less expensive and I can do it on my own schedule - worth it in my book. I've previously had laser treatments on bikini and armpits and just needed a touch-up for a few finer strays there, so I can't speak to how this works on areas with those coarser hairs. But my legs are very much improved. Based on my results so far, I am happy with my purchase.Wear the glasses AND close your eyes, and also lock the door so people or pets don't blunder in and get blinded - this thing is BRIGHT! I use it on the highest setting, and have only had about a half-dozen pulses that were decently painful (hopefully it means that particular hair is never coming back!) The rest of the time it just feels like getting snapped with a hot rubber band. Not so bad in my opinion, maybe a 2 out of 10 on a pain scale.

Update: 6-26-2018- The IPL is working, just slowly. I've been consistent with use for about 2 months on my upper lip. The small light colored hairs are almost gone. I still have the darker more corse hairs but they seem to be growing much slower. I am going to update my review to 4 stars as I feel it is partially working. I may not get permanant hair removal but I will take what I can get.Well I have been using this for about 2 weeks. I've been using this on my upper lip area. I've used it at least 3 times a week on level 5. I've seen no slowing of the hair growth and no stop to the hair growth. I'm light medium skin with dark brown hair. AXA

I was more than excited for this. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work. I turn it on, it takes a color sample and powers down. I got a few test zaps when I opened the box, but when I went to actually use it the next day, no luck. I tried contacting the seller and they wouldn’t get back to me. Thumbs down for customer service..

I'm really happy to find out it does work. I was skeptical because of the bad reviews but I wanted to try it at least. People have their own experiences with products so I wanted to have mine. I have been in 3 treatments. One every week with the lowest settings. First week was 1 setting, second week 2nd and third on 3rd setting.I've been using it on my arms, armpits and hands. Its been almost 2 weeks from the 3rd treatment I have had, and I can see parts where hair is either not growing or growing really tiny and fine. I have always had little black hairs on my fingers, it made my hand look ugly, i used to shave them and for the next 2 days they were back, now i have been using it on the fingers and it is taking really long for them to come back, and when they do I can barely see them , they are too fine to notice. I'm using it on my arms , attached some pictures . First two of them are after 1 week of the first treatment, and the second two are almost 2 weeks after the 3rd treatment.The only thing i dont like it is when the green light does not show up, but it means you have to re-calibrate , set thesensor again on your skin and when I do it , I lose track of the parts I already did. Other than that, everything works perfect.Pardon my bad english, I'm still learning :p

SO far I have used this 3 times in a 6 month period, I have thick dark hair from PCOS and fair skin, I was amazed at how well it worked. I havent had to shave in over a month- I am thrilled with this

Amazing product! I have been using it for a few months now, on a semi-regular basis, for about 15 minutes each session, and the results are incredible. At first, I used the device for the first month, but wasn't seeing the result I had hoped for. However, I continued to use the device whenever I would think. I would often go over the same area several times in one treatment, and I began to see the results. My friend has a hair remover of another brand, which is much more expensive than this one, but I think it works as good as hers!

I have been using this for about 3 weeks. I haven’t had any problems with it. It takes a while to both upper and lower legs but I think it’s worth it. I have noticed less hair regrowth and can go longer between shaving. I did get professionally waxed before I started using this, but I got ingrown hairs from the waxing and waxing hurts so I prefer this instead. I go over each spot 3 times on the medium setting. I think it is a good buy for the money. I would buy again if I could go back in time. Very happy with this laser hair remover.

The sensor stopped working after 3 uses....returned and would never buy again..

It’s very bad quality and it’s seller product. And they creat you problems about your refund please don’t buy it
