They sent a new set and both of those launchers broke in the same spot (the white part that holds the bey), so 3/4 launchers sent to us are unusable. The beys seem fine so it’s a shame not to be able to use the launchers which aside from breaking were a nice launch design. My child was very disappointed. Returned product
