I bought this a few years back and reacted badly to it so I just gave it away to a friend at the time. Unlike Muscleblaze and Myfitfuel, Bigmuscles has sucralose/ace-k as the artificial sweetener and also xantham gum as a preservative. If you have a sensitive stomach like me, these 2 ingredients will draw water into your intestines and cause you to get liquid diarrhea which can end up becoming acidic and burning you. The first time I had this years ago, I also had another symptom which is the burning of the inside of my mouth. This was due to mucosal irritation, which is the same tissue as mouth lining and gut lining hence why both my gut and mouth reacted badly to this. Please be very careful in future if you have a sensitive stomach like me to make sure the ingredients list is short, simple and does not contain these additives.

Genuinely impressed with this product, the taste is very good and dissolves completely and easily , doesn't cause any guy issues . I've noticed better muscle recovery and reduced soreness after intense workouts.Would definitely recommend.

they are selleing it as Protein, but its not, its just a mass gainer with a lot of carbs and suger(edit) please don't waste your money. it has been one week using it and i got acne all over my skin.
