Getting older and lower back pain is real! Bought this hoping night time stretching and laying on it would help. I definitely can feel relief after using this and like the adjustability. It is pretty sturdy and doesn’t feel like it will tip over or bend.

This is the one to get. All the others share a design that has little grooves that stick up for the bend to hook into (3 levels of adjustment), which digs into your back in a bad way. This one doesn’t have that, but sits flush on the floor and is infinitely adjustable. Gets my back a nice and adjustable stretch and it has gotten so much better using this.

You can achieve instant pain relief from using this product, but it is even more valuable if you use it once or twice a day. I noticed the more I used it the less pain I had in my lower back throughout the day. Worth the money!

After reading the reviews I decided to purchase and try keeping in mind some of the comments that were made. That is why I’m putting in the detail so you know I didn’t hurt myself getting up. I have arthritis in my lower back, I purchased this stretcher in hopes of eliminating some of the pain. I started out on low and only use for 5 minutes at a time. I then roll off and wait a couple of minutes then set up and wait and then get up. It has helped stretched the muscles in my lower back which is what I wanted and am not as tender which is also a bonus. I would recommend this product.

I got this just because. I didn’t need it, I seen it and decided why not. I’m flexible enough as is and run jump etc. but using this coupled with a neck pillow made me feel like I was leaking cerebral fluid. I tried using it for 15 minutes. I had a massive headache. So, who knows. I decided to try again, and, massive headache. So I decided it didn’t work for me and gave it to a sister in law but with the massive headache warning.She uses it daily. Loves it. So I don’t know why, but it’s not for me. That’s not to say it isn’t for you.

My back feels great after using this! Made for a smaller person than me, 6'1"/290Lbs. It still works, i just have to center it on different parts of my back. It flexes under my weight, but seems sturdy enough that it won't break. Wish they made a larger one. I had previously used a foam roller, this option is much more comfortable.

This back stretcher has relieved hip pain, aligned my spine and I definitely have better posture. After the first 15min use of this device I felt my hip have relief of a nerve that i felt come un-pinched. Wow this in only the first session when earlier in the year ittook my physical therapist 6 months to figure out. I have gone back to work and was having issues again. I didnt want go back to physical therapy and this was along the lines of some of what they do . I'm very happy to have bought this item. It also has straightened my stance where my feet are straight rather than walking with my arches outward. I would highly recommend this product for decompression if your all pinched up.

Fast shipping. Sturdy. Easy to adjust different heights. So far i feel my back relieved after stretching. I hope it’ll really help for my back in longterm. Just remember to roll on the side when you’re done and slowly get up. I make a stupid mistake of getting up straight and it’s not pretty at all
