Felt nice on the skin. Very soothing

This serum would be great, HOWEVER it is extremely comedogenic. I really enjoy the texture and feel, it’s slightly sticky but absorbs easily and is very moisturizing. It leaves my skin glowy and plump and isn’t heavy. Unfortunately, through the pros of the serum — it’s caused my skin to break out terribly, and I am not prone to breakouts with my maturing skin. I keep trying to reintroduce this into to my skin care routine but it clogs the pores. I’d definitely recommend but be cautious as it may cause a break out!

This [I'm from] Pear serum comes in a transparent, colorless bottle and the serum has the color of champagne. It has a liquid, lightweight texture. It absorbs quickly and doesn't leave a sticky residue. The pump dispenser works well and comes with a cap for hygiene.It's fragrance free and essential oil free, but there is a faint and pleasant pear fruit scent from the Asian Pear extracts in it. In addition to plant extracts for their antioxidant properties, it also contains panthenol and sodium hyaluronate, hydroxyethyl urea for hydration and moisture retention.It's made in Korea. The bottom of both the bottle and the outer box are clearly marked with both the manufacture date and the expiration date, and the full ingredients are printed in both English and Korean on the box, but not the bottle.The ingredients are:Pyrus Ussuriensis Leaf Extract 83%, Glycerin, Methylpropanediol, Water, Butylene Glycol, Dipropylene Glycol, Glycereth-26, Chondrus Crispus Extract, Saccharum Officinarum (Sugarcane) Extract, Pyrus Pyrifolia (Pear) Fruit Extract (0.1%), Sodium Hyaluronate, Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Seed Extract, Hydroxyethyl Urea, Panthenol, 1,2-Hexanediol, Polyglyceryl-10 Laurate, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Caprylyl Glycol, Tromethamine, Sodium Phytate, Allantoin, Dextrin, Xanthan Gum

Quite a nice serum for the face. It hydrates a little better than many other serums. Not surprising to me because I've found that eating a good pear is often much more hydrating to the body than a glass of water. I don't know why, but there must be something in pears that provides extra hydration, so of course, a pear serum would be wonderful for the skin.This serum has a good consistency that is slightly thicker, yet thin enough to spread easily. Absorbs well and does not leave the skin oily or greasy. It's not sticky or tacky either. Leaves the skin nice and supple and more elastic. Makes my skin look much younger and gives me a healthy glow.Good for most skin types, but I would say that it's best for those with normal to dry skin. Also good for men as well as women.
