Nature's WayVitamin B-12-2000 mcg - 100 Lozenges

I'm a fan of the Nature's Way brand. I believe these are very high-quality supplements that are very reasonably-priced.I tend to be B-12 deficient. Taking B-12 under the tongue (sublingually) is effective, more convenient and way less painful than having to get B-12 shots. These little cherry-flavored tablets taste good and dissolve quickly in your mouth.They work quickly. Sometimes, if my B-levels get too low, I get optical migraines (flashing lights, zig-zag patterns, patchy vision). I pop a couple of these under my tongue and in minutes the visual disturbances disappear, to my tremendous relief!I also take Nature's Way B-Complex capsules. Very nice products!

You cannot "overdose" on Vit B 12 - and the only way it is absorbed by the body is by injection or under the tongue. I use these to help with severe muscle cramps that I get mostly at night in my legs. By keeping my Vit B 12 level up in my system, I rarely have a muscle cramp any more. If I feel one coming, I put a couple of these under my tongue. I take at least 3 of them/day - 1 in the AM and 2 after dinner - to keep my blood level up. Initially I used 6 or more/day to get the blood level up; now am able to keep it up with 3/day. It's the simplest and cheapest thing I've done to counteract the muscle cramps which I've had for years.

I think these help keep my a$$ awake during my 17 hour work days.

B12! B12 is so good for you! I always feel better when I take it. This brand is good, it is not too expensive and The Taste is fine!
