I purchased this protein powder mixer in January 2025 to take on a cruise as I have a specific diet with low saturated fats. I mix custom vegan protein shakes every morning to get started. I bought this mixer because I liked the USB-C charging capability and lightweight factor to carry in my backpack. I have to tell you this mixer did not disappoint. I used it every day on the cruise to make my drinks in the morning and it washes out very easy. You just rinse it out air dry no problem. I liked it so much that when I got back, I stopped using my Ninja blender to make my protein shakes because I liked this mixer better. I liked it because of the simplicity and the ease to clean not to mention how portable and compact it is. It’s never failed once and the charging unit holds a charge for a long time. I only charge it maybe once a week. I am absolutely thrilled with this product and I have read that the customer service support is outstanding however I’ve never had to use it yet. If this ever breaks down, I am definitely buying another one. In fact, I might buy a couple more just to keep in case they somehow go out of stock. This is one of my most prized devices that I use every day outside my iPhone you can’t go wrong with this product five stars. UPDATE: 9/10/2025 Still going strong. Use it everyday it’s never failed. It travels around with me. I just bought another one in white cause it’s easier to see through. I will be giving these as gifts at Christmas time. Love this blender.

I bought this 3 years ago and it’s going strong. It mixes thick protein powders with ease. The motor is strong and the battery lasts awhile between charges. I stopped using it for a year because I wasn’t working out, got it out of the cabinet, recharged it, and it worked just as great as the first time. Truly an incredible value and I wouldn’t buy any other brand.

This is the second VOLTRX bottle I've owned and I've loved them both. Their quite sturdy, mostly easy to clean, and mix the shakes that I use these bottles for well. The only reason I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is because of how it operates. One press operates the mix for 30 seconds, 2 presses operates it for 3 minutes. However, the wimdow to perform the double press is weird. Can't press it too fast, or too soon, or too late, or too slow. Most the time I end up only activating the 30 second mode at least 3 times before I can successfully activate the 3 minute mode. This happens to me on both the units I use.

After leaving my original 3 star review due to the battery dying, I was able to find the customer support contact information on the Voltrx website. Judith was very responsive and let me know that all bottles come with a 12 month warranty. I just had to send a quick video of the battery not working and she shipped me a new bottle and battery within 24 hours. Her customer service was excellent and knowing that they are so willing to help their customers made me redo my review. Great customer service. It was great while it worked. I’ve had it for 3 months and used it basically every day. Today it randomly decided to quit working. It’s fully charged and everything but won’t turn on anymore. The base never got wet so I have no idea why it randomly quit working but it was nice while it lasted. Won’t be buying another since it quit working so quickly.

Believe or not I was very skeptical about this product. I thought it was gonna be flimsy cheap but believe me when I’m telling you that it’s just the job I can carry it with me to work. I put my protein powder in there. Add my water when I get to work and if froth is that right up and everything gets mixed, it doesn’t leave any powder in the bottom. I love it.

Look forward to making my shakes now!! This bottle may look small, but it works so well! No more clumps of powder left in the bottle! Seals well, no spills! Kinda wish it held another 12 ounces though. Maybe they’ll bring out a bigger one 😃 Overall: GREAT purchase!!

This is a great piece of kit for people who drink protein shakes. It makes taking protein shakes anywhere really easy. Just add water and press the button and you get a properly blended protein shake without the lumps you get from manual shaking. I bought mine just over 10 months ago and I can also confirm that customer service were great when it stopped working. The motor was fine but stopped spinning the mixer. Voltrx replaced the item immediately - no quibbles - although I'd contacted them to ask them how to fix the problem not to replace it. They give a 12 month warranty and stand by it.
