Lord Dhanvantri is the Vedic Physician. Lord Dhanvantri is the father of the medical science called Ayurveda; it is believed that the intricacy of Ayurveda has been passed down through generations from the Vedic scriptures. Cleaning: Copper should be cleaned regularly. The traditional method is to wash the yantra with a cotton ball or cloth and lemon juice. Abrasives, other than baking soda, are not recommended. Do the math... It is impossible to offer an energized yantra for a lesser cost. During the prana-pratishta process the priest must use incense, ghee lamp, flowers, grains and powder. Aside from this, the priest is expected to receive a dakshina (donation) for his time. Even within India, the minimum cost is now around $8 USD just for the puja. So, if you see a seller in India, or elsewhere, claiming a yantra is "fully energized" for less than the cost of the actual ritual, you are simply being lied to and exploited. Faith alone is not enough in this age. Directions: Yantras are very easy to use. The Divine Vibration emanates constantly from the yantra like an open window to the spiritual world. The yantra can be placed on your altar. If you not have an altar, the yantra should be placed on an East facing wall, table, etc. It is ideal to have the yantra standing up so that the sacred image can be seen and meditated upon. Optionally, you can daily (or weekly) offer incense and flowers to the yantra. This is done by making 7 clockwise circles in front of the yantra. The flowers can then be placed in front of the yantra. Fruits and sweets can also be placed before the yantra. Advanced puja can be provided if you have the ability. You should regularly recite the associated mantra before the yantra 27, 54 or 108 times. Under law, all items are sold as religious art pieces only.
