Seamless Connectivity
I recently added the Igloohome Wifi Bridge to complement my Igloohome Smart Lock for my Airbnb property, and I must say it has exceeded my expectations. Despite initial reservations about its range, the wifi bridge has proven to be a reliable and seamless connectivity solution. One of the primary concerns I had before purchasing the wifi bridge was its range, especially since my setup required it to be positioned farther from the smart lock. However, the wifi bridge effortlessly maintains a strong and consistent connection with the smart lock, even when the door is open at its widest angle. The wifi bridge's compatibility with the Igloohome Smart Lock enhances its functionality, enabling me to remotely check battery status and conveniently manage access codes for my guests. Overall a good product and a great buy.

Rarely worked then stopped altogether
Product was an annoyance from the beginning. Products that can be controlled through an app from anywhere should be able to connect to home hubs without an additional hub, such as Google Home or Alexa. The need for this hub is just a money grab. Product is cheap, flimsy, and rarely works. Connecting is extremely slow and unreliable. Less than 2 months later the product stopped working altogether. Power source good (checked outlet and cable with meters) and no damage visible. Just stopped working. Strongly recommend staying away from this product and anything that might require it. Only thing that works well is the lock I bought, which works great, besides needing this junk to be able to use all the features. This hub makes using the remote locking and unlocking functionality of my lock box essentially useless.

Remotely Access Lock codes and logs from anywhere. Works great.
Put this handy item in the garage, for a gate lock I purchased. Works perfectly. I can create temp or perm lock codes from anywhere. Easy to setup too.

If you have really old WiFi, perfectly fine, any WiFi deployed after the 1990s it's a no go
I really wanted to like this Keybox and the concept is great, but the WiFi Bridge is essentially unusable with any modern router. It doesn’t support WiFi 6, WPA3, band steering, or most of the security features that are standard on UniFi, Eero, ASUS, TP-Link, Google, etc. The only way to get it online is to create a special 2.4GHz legacy network with features turned off — which breaks other devices and isn’t realistic for a modern smart home. Even after working through all of that, the Bridge still struggles to stay connected. The product feels several generations behind in terms of WiFi compatibility. The Keybox itself works with PIN codes and Bluetooth, but if you want the ‘remote’ features that the Bridge is supposed to provide, be prepared for a lot of frustration. Unless you’re willing to downgrade your WiFi or set up a dedicated legacy access point, I cannot recommend this device. Great idea, very poor wireless implementation.

Easy to set up
It was so easy to set up , I travel a lot and went through other electronic locks and bridges and they were a very big pain to set up and sometimes they would work and at times they wouldn’t. This bridge was so easy to set up and pair with the lock.

Easy to set up but connectivity is not great and the range is very limited.
Easy to set up but connectivity is not great and the range is very limited. They made it too complicated - the locks should have integrated wi-fi but through a bridge.

Works But Has Limitations
The Igloo Deadbolt 2S requires that your Bluetooth device (whether phone or bridge) be very close to the lock, to work. So when my inner front door is closed, the bluetooth device has to be within three to five feet of these inner and outer doors to connect to the outer Security door and still maintain the Bluetooth connection to both the inner and outer door Deadbolts. A few more feet away and my bridge or phone won't connect to both of these locks via bluetooth. This front door and Security door open up in to my living room. But I can't sit on a living room couch or chair and still connect to these two deadbolts using Bluetooth alone. No, I have to stand right next to the door to communicate with these locks for Bluetooth to work. I had to pull a kitchen chair over to the door so I could sit down while setting everything up. Fortunately, I have an electrical outlet within just a few feet of the front door. So I stuck the bridge to the wall (it's small) behind a TV, literally three feet from the front door. So this works well in my case. If I get another igloo Deadbolt 2S for the back door, I'll need another bridge for it also. Also, this bridge does not come come with its own power supply. I used an old phone charger with the supplied USB cable and that worked. So these are the negatives. On the positive side, this bridge makes things extremely convenient. Instead of having to stand up close to the front door (literally right at the door) to communicate with these two deadbolt locks using my phone, I can now be anywhere in the world and still maintain communications with these two locks. I like the notifications and door entry logs that come to my phone, any time either door opens or closes. I can unlock the door from miles away now using the app, if necessary. So if you want to communicate with your locks for anything other than just the initial setup, you'll definitely need this bridge device and it will need to be placed within just a few feet of where the locks are. If this meets your needs, then you should be happy with this bridge device.

Buyer Beware!
The lock works well. However the bridge is the most finicky device. As far as customer service this is what happened: 1. First bridge: i plugged it into my mac and the lights were not coming on. When I called customer support I was asked to send a video showing that it doesn't work after plugging it in. I did and they sent me a replacement. 2. Second brige: I had the same issue with the lights not coming on - but then figured out the problem. It had to do with how I was connecting the bridge. So then I set up the bridge just fine. And everything was working great. I retested the first bridge and it was working fine too. 3. No good deed goes unpunished: I wrote back to let them know that both bridges were in fact working and that I can send the new bridge back. They accepted. So I sent the new bridge back. 4. Come to find they sent me more emails wanting a tracking # and that if I didn't respond, they would delete my bridge from my app! WHAT??? Unfortunately for me - I didn't keep my receipt from USPS so now they are saying they can't reenable my old bridge. This is no way to treat a customer who was nice enough to voluntarily disclose that both bridges were working and ship one of them back at his own expense.
