Cook on low setting and lightly coat pan with oil (do not use spray oil) nothing will stick. Have cooked eggs and pan cakes. Great results.

I like this GreenPan brand non-stick pan; it is working very well so far. The cooking surface lasts us about a year, being used 4-5 times a week. I really like that this gray-bottomed pan is not scorching from the gas burner like the pale green pan did [our first non-stick purchase].

Don’t get me wrong, it’s a good pan but if you read the directions, it says to always use oil, not cooking spray. To never use the scrub side of the sponge when cleaning and to always use plastic or wood utensils when cooking in this pan. The pan coating may be healthier but I think this pan is comparable to any other on the market that cost less.

The quality of this frying pan seems to be pretty good! Nothing sticks to it, and it's easy to clean.

Perfection. This pan is quite the product -- beautiful to look at, perfect balance, it heats evenly across the suface and that surface is truly non-stick. When I burned cheese, it just slide right off. And the price is very reasonable for this kind of quality. We are extremely happy with it.

The handle on the pan comes loose. We have to keep screwing it back in!!! This is so dangerous since it is used to cook hot items. This is a lot of money to spend on a pan that could potentially burn you. Look elsewhere. Totally unacceptable. I have reached out to the manufacturer and will see if they rectify the situation. I would not recommend this pan, unfortunately.
