Avevo un problema evidente di scalino alla base del collo (una gobbetta evidente) che pensavo di provare a migliorare con un chiropratico o fisioterapista. Nel frattempo ho comprato questo cuscino pensando che fosse quasi inutile e invece ho avuto ottimo risultati da subito. Ora lo uso per una decina di minuti la sera pr8ma di dormire (nemmeno tutte le sere) e lo scalino è sparito. Quindi niente fisioterapista e risultati incredibili. Lo consiglio.
