Great customer service, great product, exactly as described and exactly what I needed.
I don't often write reviews, but had such a positive experience that I figured I should share. Ordered this pump for my Troy-Bilt power washer, and the first one arrived damaged (that happens in shipping sometimes, can't be helped). I sent a photo, and they replace the product. Fast shipping, pump arrived in one piece this time (always a good sign!). It bolted right on using the bolts from the old pump. Very exacting fit, no room for error. Motor started right up, and it's like I have a new power washer now. Thank you!

Great pump
I put this pump on my Troy Bilt pressure washer, I’ve washed my house, driveway, and porch so far and I’ve had no problems running it wide open for hours at a time. Shaft, key way and bolt holes all lined up like they should so installation was easy.

Did not fit my application.
The size of the shaft for this water pump did not at all match the size of the shaft of the pressure washer I have. The model number was specifically listed to be a direct replacement. Be aware before purchasing this item I would not recommend.

good place to buy another pump when needed
received two pumps they were the right pumps but both were damaged in the same place so I don't think it was due to shipping Thewere good value for the money
