Easy to use & effective
This product is perfect for protecting cuts, scrapes, etc in areas that are difficult to fit a bandage over. Easy to use & dries quickly. The only negative is it does have a smell like spray paint which can be a tad unbecoming.

Better than band-aids
I've tried several brands and formats of this type of product, and in my experience, the spray bottle is by far the most effective and hygienic. Compared to brush-on versions, which can feel less sanitary over time, the spray offers a cleaner and more convenient application. The only minor drawback is that the nozzle can occasionally get blocked. Fortunately, this is easy to fix—either by using a pin to clear the opening or by turning the bottle upside down after use to release any trapped liquid before it sets solid. Overall, it's a reliable choice and my preferred option.Just one word of caution: it does sting quite a bit on application—so maybe skip it for toddlers and little kids unless you enjoy explaining why something that’s supposed to help is making them dance around like they’ve stepped on hot coals!

It works but....what is it really?
I am certainly not in the medical product innovation or industrial chemical fields, but having used this a few times, I am pretty sure that this product is very similar in chemical makeup to clear nail polish. It smells and feels like clear nail polish mixed with super glue. It seems to be safe for cuts, meaning that it will not cause an infection.... but I probably could have used super glue instead. Used for two very deep cuts, and it seemed to help my cut skin stay together during the first 24 hrs. To be fair, it was used in conjunction with other first aid including pressure, wrapping, bandages, and tape. By day two I was pretty convinced that it was just nail polish/ glue, and did not continue to use. Not bad, but probably would not buy again.

Way better than brush type
I’ve had this product in the brush bottle style before. This spray version is so much better. It works well to cover the wound. It does not sting like the brush. It dries fast. It does a nice thinner layer, so it does not peel off like the brush version. Would recommend.

Good substitute for a bandaid!
I absolutely love this stuff! I wash my hands very often at work and during the winter they get really dry and my fingertips always end up cracking open. It’s very hard to get a bandaid to stay on in that location and if I do get one to stay on, it comes off pretty quickly due to washing my hands so frequently. This is the perfect solution to my problem. All I do is spray a little bit of this stuff on where my skin cracked open and I’m good for the entire day! It doesn’t wash off as easily as a bandaid tends to and I typically only need to reapply it once a day. It does burn a little upon application but nothing too horrible. My kids however hate it for that reason and will not allow me to use it on them, so I don’t think I would recommend this for kids. A little goes a long way with this product and I always somehow end up spraying too much and needing to rinse it off my other fingers. It does wash off very easily if you wash it off right away before it gets a chance to dry. Even though I always tend to overspray, the bottle still lasts forever! If you often are in need of a bandaid in a location that’s hard to get them to stay on, then I highly recommend that you try this product! It would also be good in a situation where you might not want to put a bandaid on but need something to stop your cut/scrape from bleeding constantly.

Messy. Great for large boo-boos, not tiny cuts
This is a convenient way to cover a LARGE area, but for small cracks and cuts it’s a bit messy. I have some annoying toe and thumb cracks thanks to dry winter air, but I lost my paint-on liquid NewSkin. I normally have no issue with it, but this is hard to control. I got it all over my nails and it seemed drippier than usual. Because it’s an aerosol, it’s also really smelly (so maybe do it in a well-ventilated area or outside). It’ll work. Be sure to put this up HIGH because it’s way too easy for kids to press the top! When I was little, I accidentally sprayed NewSkin in my little brother’s eye!! 😓
