I've used just about every type of honey product you can find on Amazon and this is deffinetly the best one. I'm on my 5th jar. I use it in primarily in Tea. While it claims to be 100% honey, I've learned that thats not neccessarily true with dry honey products. They are ususaly cut with sugar or wheat. The Sugar ones tend to be crystiline in texture, and while they taste good for the most part they are still sugar. Ive tried the ones cut with wheat and they were awful, I threw them away. The taste was wooden and it left a residue in my cup that was disgusting. This product leaves no residue, is powdery in texture (Dont leave the jar open, its very suseptible to moisture) and tastes like clean honey. I would highly reccomend it for anyone looking for honey flavor without the liquid honey mess.

Purchased by mistake, but once I tried it I think I like it better than the granulated honey, but will continue to use both....

It’s not as sweet as fresh honey, but it tastes pretty good. I like to use it in my bbq rubs that I don’t add brown sugar too. It imparts a bit if a honey aroma on the food as well without making it really sweet The only problem I have is the caking and clumping it causes in the rubs. I don’t want to use an anti-caking agent so I only use what I need at the moment to avoid moisture absorption.

I have a hard time finding honey powder in a bigger container here in Virginia. This gem is perfect. I use it to substitute for sugar in baking. It's a 1:1 ratio. Looking to get rid of refined sugar this is your go-to. Highly recommend it for all baking or if you're looking to start reducing your refined sugar intake.

No flavor. I used 3 heaping tablespoons in my coffee. No sweetness added. That’s ridiculous. I had tried powder honey from a friend and loved it. This particular product isn’t good

I've been getting into BBQ a lot more this summer, and have started experimenting with my own rub recipes. I find most commercial rubs to have a lot more salt and black pepper for my taste, not to mention the high price tags. For port and chicken, I crave a sweeter taste and saw a copycat recipes for Honey Hog dry rug. The main ingredient was Honey Powder, in leu of brown sugar (since it has a tendency to burn easily). I found the honey powder is not near as sweet as real honey or brown sugar, also due to the fineness of the powder, it cakes quite easily. For my next cook, I'll probably leave out the Honey Powder and just use brown sugar at the end.
