Pleasantly surprised
We've been buying the major leading brands of trash bags for a while but one day I saw Seventh Generation on sale. I decided to give it a shot and I'm really glad I did. Our main complaint about other trash bags are how frail they are. They rip incredibly easy you put anything slightly edged in the trash can. These don't, and for that, they are now my go to. I was a little surprised by the reviews though of other people. We didn't experience any harsh odors. I'm wondering if they bought a scented one vs. just the standard.

Saving the Environment...With Holes
Like most eco friendly products, they’re a crappier version of the not/less eco-friendly version. The bags are a pain to air out to put in the can and they often tear through normal use. They haven’t burst yet, but there’s always holes and sometimes I have to carry it out in a cart for fear it will. The good is they’re better for the environment. The bad is they’re not great at what they’re used for.

Strong and great for the environment too!
I like that these bags are strong and good for the environment too! We only use plastics in our house that are environmentally friendly. I have always found that seventh generation is a great brand! The bags hold up great for a family of 6 that take out the trash multiple times a day!

They fit my trash can and are sturdy
These bags have been my go-to trash bags for many years. I had them on my Subscribe and Save list for years, but then they became "unavailable." Every so often, they appear in an email from Amazon as a product I might like, so I snap them up whenever I can. They fit my trash can perfectly and they are very sturdy- I've never had one break or tear.

Save yourself the time and just get another brand.
Let me first say that we use Seventh Generation products all the time. Good company for TP, paper towels, detergents, dish soaps, etc. That said… wow. Garbage bags… never in my life have I experienced such a terrible bag. See the photos. Did I overfill the first bag? No, previous bags could hold more. The second bag was 50% capacity and suffered the same fate.Love Seventh Gen… but save yourself the time and just get a different garbage bag.

Good
Like plastic. Sturdy as well. Just wish it wasn't plastic even though it's recycled. My usual brand was out of stock so I tried these.

SCENTED! why get a 'healthier' option when it has toxic perfume? At least warn us on the box.
At least issue a proper claim of 'scented' on the box. Not only disappointing, but also a miserable experience of discovery for chemically sensitive people.

Strong bags
We use these all the time now. They are strong, and have not had one break when carrying it out doors. The bags separate from each other easily, and in general do just what they're supposed to do without tearing.

It's okay, not durable but the price is good.
Cheap bags, work well enough - though they are not "tough" by any means and the red draw strap to close them is very flimsy and often breaks.Don't buy if you need a strong/durable bag.

I love the string on the bag so that it is ...
I love the string on the bag so that it is easy to close it after it is full. The plastic is strong which was a problem with some of the other eco bags I used. Fits very well into my IKEA garbage kitchen bin.

Rip and leak very easily. Don't waste your money. Find another alternative!

Meilleure alternative au plastique standard
Peut-être Un peu moins étanche et résistant que le plastique traditionnel mais telllllement plus écologique
