We bought this for my Father in Law to help around when we go out. The Scooter was not to heavy to get in and out of car and easy to fold and unfold. My father in law felt very independent with it. I would definitely recommend it.

Purchased this scooter in December, and unfortunately, it turned out to be defective right out of the box. Not only was the product faulty, but when I tried to return it, I encountered a nightmare of customer service with Luppo Life.After reaching out to them regarding the issue, they initially tried to offer some fixes but unfortunately it couldn't be resolved. They emailed me a return label and arranged for the scooter to be picked up by FedEx and this is where the bigger problems began.Weeks went by with no communication; it was discovered the return address emailed by the seller (Luppo Life) was apparently incorrect and was delivered elsewhere. However, they operate with a different company name (Rubicon Mobility) and it was the correct address.After reaching out to the seller multiple times they refuse to acknowledge they emailed the 'incorrect' return address label and because the seller initiated communication outside of Amazon, customer support is unable to help as they have no record of what was communicated therefore the A-to-Z Guarantee will not help you.My advice is the following if you are ever thinking of buying from them;1. Read reviews of all their products of customers who had issues.2. If you notice any defects, ask for a refund immediately and don't even bother giving them a chance to resolve the issue because chances are they won't.3. When you initiate a refund or ask for support, they will ask you to call them which is the number for Rubicon Mobility. Do NOT call them and make sure all communication goes through Amazon.At the moment, I am left with no product and no refund from either the seller or Amazon.

I would highly recommend the seller MOdest. Their customer service was prompt in their reply and shipping of new parts that were broken during shipping through no fault of their own. Received replacement parts two days later and they were easy to fix. Do not hesitate to make a purchase through this company as their replies were same day and resolution to issues were handled professionally and rapidly within hours. My husband loves his new Darkshadow mobility scooter and it has given him additional freedom to enjoy life. It fold easily in seconds to the size of a suitcase and can be transported easily. My husband and I ordered two scooters, we received them in three days! Such a wonderful surprise. They were easy to make rideable. When folded, they both fit in our SUV. We were able to use them the first time to go to a flea market we would not have been able to go to without them. We are now planning our next adventure to the zoo! Can’t wait. They are so easy to unload, put the seat on and goooo. Would recommend them over other scooters for price and convenience.

Now, since i got it, the handlebars won't stay up even with the clamp down....i put the seat on and now it won't come off so i can fold it up and the bumper in front is so out of alignment with the tire. I am very sad because they said i am not eligible for a refund. And, actually, i like the scooter and just want somebody to fix it.

I got my scooter on the 29th & I finally got to ride it yesterday & I absolutely love it. It goes quite fast & I am very happy go places without having to walk. Which is really is really hard to do. And as far as the battery goes it came fully charged so I will have to make an update on that. And if order it keep in mind it comes in 2 pkgs. I freaked out cause it came on 2 different trucks. But I love it

This product states in the listing it holds up to 300 pounds. But it comes with documentation that states 265 pounds. I contacted the seller and they confirmed 265. But I do not even weigh 265 pounds and the scooter wheels were rubbing on the fender. Wanted a refund due to misrepresenting the weigh limit. Return was approved, but with a loss of 50% of the price for a restocking fee. This is a flimsy product that is not worth the money. It might work for a child or very, very small adult, but was not a well made product.

Battery has very good life.Assembly was easy.Turn radius poor. Hard to get in and out of a room.
