These lights were left on through the bloom cycle between 2 and 3 weeks. I went on a 5 day vacation and forgot to turn it off. I've watched through the cameras the whole time while being gone. Upon returning to the room after the 5 days. Everything was normal, all plants appear unaffected by the light. The bloom cycle finished normally. So I bought a few more.

Hit or miss, but there's some evidence that for people with severe photo-sensitivity associated with migraines green light can help. For some people, it can actually offer pain relief. In others, it simply doesn't make the migraine worse (unlike blue or white light).This is definitely a sort of "off-label" use, but this green light is soothing for my migraine-struggling family member. Usually she would need total darkness, but is comfortable in this green light. It's unclear if it helps with the pain in her case, but it definitely doesn't make her migraine worse.

The exact wavelength that your plants will not absorb. Green incandescent and other leds that don't specify the wavelength will not work. Kept this on 100% of time durring dark cycle because I had to turn off the night time infrared from my cameras bc the plants were picking up that light. Warning you this thing is blindingly bright.

I really like this light. I schedule my night hours during the hottest part of the day to keep down temperatures. This bulb lets me to still enter my grow during this time.

A lot brighter than I imagined. Easy to see all your work safely. If you raise photo period plants you’ll definitely appreciate this product.

This bulb is awesome! As a serious gardener I was scared to use it at first because I didn't want to screw up the 12 hour photoperiod. Now after testing it a number of times for a minimum of an hour on, it has not screwed up the flowering stage at all.

95% sure these are seeding my harvests! Buyer beware

It’s bright-AF, but I still can’t see much anything (you can see enough if you forgot your pop, but it’s not enjoyable at all to try to do anything like harvest, add fertilizer, etc)... And I’m worried about my eyes because when I leave the room my vision is colored for a while.. If it really helps the plants, I guess green light is the only game in town. It has a heat sink looks like a quality device.

This light is great for not disrupting the sleep cycle of certain plants,highly recommended
