The base of the item came broken upon arrival (first picture) but luckily it wasn’t severe enough to hinder me putting it together. It took me about 45 minutes to put together. A lot of the screw holes were covered by the cloth so I had to cut through with a knife, and the final base at the top was missing 1 of the 3 screw holes so hopefully that doesn’t cause any future mishaps! Overall It’s pretty nice, not sturdy and very wobbly so will have to lean it against a wall. I also would suggest building it in the area you want it to be placed because it is not sturdy. I didn’t have high hopes but my kitty needed a new tree after I had to throw her old one away due to moving. We shall see if she likes it!!

My cats really enjoy but it is on smaller end. Easy to assemble and pretty sturdy if you’re cat is not fat (like mine) pretty good for value of money and its appearance is really nice in home (not an eye sore like some).

It’s a good product for a first tree but with a kitten; she got a little big for it pretty fast. I recommend getting a bigger size.

My cat love this condo! Unfortunately, I encountered few problems; 1) The base should be larger then the 2nd & 3rd level (width), because (if you understand physics) the cat, when jumping on it, falls with the condo! The base not being wide and large enough, there's no support (unless you live in your own home and can screw the base to the floor)...I did find several times the condo on the floor. (Glad my cat didn't get hurt!). 2) The top part is coming out, and the pole (being in cardboard) is starting already to break (and i only bought is July 12th!), unable to support any longer the top bed (again, my kitten fell from the bed coming out). It's definitely big enough for a kitten, although mine at 4 months is already almost too big for it...but it's worth the money since it's cheap...just not long lasting at all...

It’s a little Mickey Mouse and the carpeting will start falling off once the cats start playing with it but it’s not bad for the price. And I added extra twine and it fixed the issue so I would buy again for the price.

My cats love it. Not as tall as I expected to be but it does its job. Nice and sturdy. However, don’t lean or try to place any more weight to the top flat bed other than your cats because it tends to brake. :/

Well my small girl cats 2 of them loved it. It's already broken. Just so sad it broke from the bottom. We are trying to fix it somehow. Now they don't have it.
