Q: Id be using them to mix epoxy resin, is it completely smooth inside the cup? Like, no factory made lines, bumps, etc?

Smooth plastic cups with no “bumps” or imprinted numbers/dashes on the cup. Great for liquids (in my case [Ibuprofen liquid] or honestly even smooth (thicker items) for things like (ketchup, honey mustard) to fall along the consistency of [resin].

Q: Is it printer with type in a color or is it raised, transparent lettering?

The lettering is imprinted but it is light. You do feel a bit of the indent on the inside of the cup but it's very minor.

Q: Are these hard, clear plastic as pictured? or the soft, frosted kind that come with cough medicine? tia

They are soft but firm plastic just like a typical medicine cup.
