I received a large, beautiful rooted cutting.
I could not be happier. The soil was bone dry when it arrived, but the leaves were still firm and plump so I knew it did not need water. I misted the roots with a water bottle and potted the plant into a slightly larger pot. I did not remove the original soil. I just added enough fresh media to fill the new pot and hold the plant up. I've had it for about a week now and still have not watered it because it still does not need water. It stores water in its leaves. If I water it while the leaves are still firm, I risk rotting it.

I Bought the Gollum Jade it arrived in great condition and just as described I repoted it because it comes in a really small pot I'm definitely happy with my purchase

Give it a few days
It came in a box that was packed with what looked like the inside of a pillow. The plant was smashed, and looked terrible. It is also very cold temperatures at the moment, and that could be the cause of the wrinkling of the plant itself. After a little drink of water, and a few days in the sun, it's literally my favorite succulent! It's beautiful!

Genuinely, wow. I was very surprised to find more jade than I expected in this delivery. This is a very solid plant. I think I can probably actually pot three smaller jades out of it. Very satisfied customer here!

I received a beautiful replacement plant.The only problem is it is winter time and the plant wasn't packed w a warming stone. Or any extra wrapping and it arrived frozen.I sincerely hope the plant recovers. I am otherwise very happy. And I hope to write a glowing review soon.

Shipped quickly and packaged perfectly. Soil dry inside 2” containers, plants wrapped up with stuffing. Plants look healthy and beautiful. Put some stakes in new pots and lightly tied to them as to allow the roots to reach out into new soil and silt. Repeat buyer from this seller!!! Everytime very satisfied!
