Broke a caster on my kitchen chair and thought that I would have to purchase another chair, which was expensive. Found these casters on Amazon and the installation was very easy. My chair is as good as new. The caster matched the others perfectly. This saved me a great deal of money.

Hard to put on

I work in retail, & I had a gentleman, aged 101, that needed 2 of these casters for a dining room chair. He came in with a caster and a tag that he ripped off the bottom of a chair! I could not get the replacement through my company, & the company that made his dining room set only sold them in sets of 16 for a ridiculous price. I decided to order these for him & sell them to him at my cost. We both were pleasantly surprised when they arrived! They were identical to his. He was so happy! He was pleased with the price & even liked the fact that he was going to have a couple of extras. I was thrilled that I could help such a sweet person who couldn’t order them for himself.

I only wanted to replace a single caster, but thought I would do them all on one chair while I was at it. It was so difficult getting the damaged caster out (the new one went in with no problem), I decided that was enough, and will keep the rest as spares, incase another one breaks

Great product as advertised. Just wish I had a choice of colors. Our chair is 20 years old, and had a different color choice then.
