Been having it on for months now and it’s great.
No allergic reactions so definitely surgical steel, the gold colour doesn’t come off. Also never had any problems about any of the balls coming off the ring. I always buy the nose ring in this size and I’d say it’s a good standard price for it.

Nice tiny daith horshoe
Silly me didn't think about the size when I ordered, I realised when it arrived it was teenie weenie, but actually its perfect! Looks nice in the ear and is comfortable and was easy to do up. Happy with my purchase

Sadly faulty
Needed a new hoop as my current septum nose hoop was old and I was needing an upgrade.Sadly this hoop was faulty on receiving. One end of the screws the ball pops on and off without being screwed on.So it will just pop off and be lost when wearing

Colour doesn’t last
It was the right colour to begin with, all glossy gold but then after a few days of constant wearing the colour seemed to dull. I also see in a small place that the colour has come off. Very disappointing but I guess you get what you pay for
