The material that is used is very stretchy. It was used on a high school math book and it fit without any issues.

I bought this for my grandmother who needed a covering on her book. It was stretchy, but the dimensions described were not accurate. It did not fit her journal (which is the size of a textbook). It’s stretchy, but I’d be careful to look out for the dimensions.
