Diagnostics on the go. All in real time.
Excellent software compatibility and quality. Diagnostics are well coded, with a direct referral to the Internet for a clearer and better understanding of data. Well worth the money spent for my BMW SAV X6 XDRIVE 50I. with a good App, you can view your vehicle's performance in real time using your tablet on the dashboard. Super cool!

Works Great! Easy Connection.
With the right app this allows you to see a lot of info along with live data! You can also view and clear codes and also click a link to take you to the internet to see probable causes and recommended fixes of codes. Very quick and easy connection. I love the minimalist compact design. Great product. Worth every penny.

Nice Bluetooth OBD II Scanner
This replaced the old cheap (no-name brand) one I had for 10+ years. I use the OBD Fusion and Torque Pro Android apps. The setup was straightforward. I also like the compact design, as my old one was rather bulky. Unless you dump $100 plus on a Bluetooth adapter, there will be a slight connectivity lag. It works well and lets me see important information such as emission status and check engine codes. The primary sensors I pay close attention to are RPM, O2 sensors, fuel trims, MAF, engine temp, intake air temp, and the intake manifold pressure (MAP), which are all helpful in troubleshooting issues as I don't just throw parts at a problem, I diagnose them. After seeing how it holds up in the long run, I will update my review.

Veepeak OBDCheck: Decoding Car Troubles with a Hint of Quirk
Ah, the Veepeak OBDCheck, a gadget that promises to demystify your car's cryptic messages and turn you into the Sherlock Holmes of the automotive world. But does it live up to the hype? Let's peel back the hood and take a closer look.First off, let's talk setup. While it's not exactly brain surgery, getting this bad boy up and running might require a bit more patience than teaching your grandma how to use Snapchat. The instructions are about as straightforward as a Rubik's Cube, and I found myself wishing for a magic wand to speed up the process.Once you've conquered the setup mountain, you're greeted with a user interface that's... well, let's just say it's not winning any beauty contests. It's functional, sure, but about as charming as a rusty old bumper. Navigating through the menus feels like trying to find a needle in a haystack, especially if you're used to slicker interfaces. But fear not, intrepid driver! Once you've wrangled the beast into submission, the Veepeak OBDCheck does deliver on its promise. Need to diagnose engine issues? It's got your back. Want to monitor your car's vitals in real-time? Consider it done, albeit with a few more button presses than you'd like. Now, onto compatibility. While the Veepeak OBDCheck claims to work with a wide range of vehicles, I found that it can be a bit finicky with older models. It's like trying to teach your grandpa how to use TikTok - there's a learning curve, and sometimes it just refuses to cooperate. But hey, it's not all doom and gloom! Once you've tamed the technology beast, the Veepeak OBDCheck is actually a pretty handy tool to have in your arsenal. It might not be the prettiest or the easiest to use, but it gets the job done - like a reliable old pickup truck that's seen better days but still chugs along like a champ. So, in conclusion, if you're willing to overlook a few quirks and quirks, the Veepeak OBDCheck is a solid investment for anyone who's tired of playing guessing games with their car. Just be prepared to roll up your sleeves and dive into the nitty-gritty. After all, nothing worth having comes easy, right?

Cheap but handy
This actually works really well. I have an older car so it is nice to gather statistics such as my miles per gallon. The only thing is I have to go into the app (I use Car Scanner) and connect to it manually each time. I get a gas cap code all the time so it is nice to clear it.

Works with free apps and has custom dashboards for all essentail data!
Works very well especially with the right app. Works with free apps (like Car Scanner) and has custom dashboards for all essential data! Cheap and effective way to have all the gauges you need and then same. Highly recommended by me and the car enthusiast like me!

It connects seamlessly to both iOS and Android devices via Bluetooth 4.0, providing real-time data and easy access to engine codes. While the interface is a little confusing initially, the setup is straightforward, and the companion app is user-friendly, making it perfect for both beginners and experienced users. I tried it on three of my vehicles, and it did very well at diagnosing the problem each time. The device is compact and portable, allowing you to keep it in your car for regular check-ups.
