Does the job, but ok ok build quality
The machine does its job, but the build quality is not very good. While pressing the handle for printing alphabets, it seems that the machine will break. Other aspects its working fine

I bought this because tape in handle other brand failed and this looked much more durable simpler...
Bought this to replace tape cartridge in the handle D___ brand that jammed up after not much use due to small cut pieces of tape inside mechanism, then once apart was fighting going back together, lost small screws so I decided this looks like something much simpler design that should be more workable and it is, no problem with complex mechanism, simpler and more durable, very happy with this little label maker, even has a loop at front for string and that tells me it is designed for regular use.

Feels Flimsy, but Works Great!
I was initially a bit reticent to buy this embossing label maker due to some poor reviews. However, while it certainly feels a bit flimsy, it is very easy to use - ie. easy to change the tapes, change the wheels, and to use as intended (a quick youtube video helped) - and I like it a lot as it comes with interesting tape colours that I was unable to source for my Dymo embossing label maker.

Smaller than one might think, but it works fine
This is a lot smaller form factor than the embossing label maker I and many others grew up with. I added a few images so people can see its size, since someone with reduced manual dexterity may not be able to operate this with ease. Other than that, it is easy to set up and use. Just feed the label tape (3/8" wide) and half-press the trigger a few times to get it fed in (note: a soft or half-press is also the "space" character). A firm press will emboss the character indicated on the dial. The embosser came with a single cartridge of black tape, the wheel you see in the images (all caps) and a 2nd wheel with lower case characters and some other possibly useful symbols. I don't know how easy it is to swap the wheels while leaving the tape in place. That would be a nifty test.
