I have had nonstop nausea and vomiting a lot the last couple days. This week 9 has been rough. I orders these this morning out of desperation because I had to call off work and was struggling to keep anything down. After 15 mins of wearing them i definitely noticed a difference. After a couple of hours i was able to eat and now after 6 hours of wearing I was able to do a little light yoga. They are working great for me so far. I do have very small wrists so I like that they are adjustable. There are clear instructions on how to place correctly for the proper effect. You want to feel the pressure but it shouldn’t be too tight and uncomfortable or restricting movement. No sirven de nada! Te las tienes que poner súper apretadas para que no se te muevan de donde es el punto P6. Se me hicieron súper incómodas y en ningún momento me quitaron las náuseas. Funcionaba mejor si yo sola con mis dedos presionaba el punto.
