I have only drank 2 cups of this. The flavor is amazing, I ddint expect it to be so good but it's very comparable to hot chocolate. I can't attest to the product or how it makes you feel as I've only taken 2 scoops and they were a few days apart. I got sick with a stomach bug so I haven't drank any in a few days. Seems to be of good quality so far

The efficacy of the product is yet to be experienced. I would suggest that UMZU increase the volume of the product to 30 servings, so it can be taken daily. The taste is palatable and the ingredients seem to be up to par, as for desired results, time will tell. I am optimistic and look forward to ordering some of UMZUs other health products. They have a very well-presented marketing platform.

Shortly after adjusting my protien intake to pre-workout instead of post-workout I can feel the extra energy and will to push after my second serving. I'll save the 5th star for after I finish this first bag (I will buy another). Tastes pretty good with around 16oz of hot water (although I expected thicker so I may go down to 12oz) I wonder if adding a bit of honey changes things? and if cold liquid like milk affects it? Questions for Q & A........Overall better than the store bought stuff so far.

I have been using this product for almost a year. I like the taste so it's easy to take. It's also effective. For instance, for the past 4 months I have noticed new hair growth. I tried other brands but found that this one is the best tasting and most effective.

I have this in my coffee in the morning instead of breakfast. My skin does look better, and any blotches or blemishes that appeared disappeared within 24 hours while I was on this. Even pimples. I guess every body acts differently but that’s what it has done for me. I also have wrinkles around my eyes and the skin in that area seemed to have tightened up
