These are Wonderful Bordeaux Wine Glasses. 20oz is just what I was looking for. Seem durable with a heavy feel, not like others that are too lite and tend to break easily.

I love these. They are just the right size, weight, thickness. The bowl is optimal for flavor and smell of the wine. They are not too thick or too thin. I have some more expensive glasses but they are so thin they feel too fragile. These feel substantial but not thick

Nice looking champagne glasses. Good quality with no flaws. I accidentally bumped a glass against the counter and I'd did not break

I have been slowly acquiring the Crescendo line, replacing my higgledy piggledy collection of mismatched, half broken stemware, and love this Collection. They have certainly become more dear, price wise, but I love the sizes - much less refilling! And the graceful curves, with thin stems and rims are beautiful. The fact that they are wonderfully clear and uncolored without lead - AND they ring and sing! - is a necessary plus, and I am hoping the promises about the toughness of this new crystal formula holds true. The little signature on the foot makes them just feel special. All my earlier purchase of Bormioli have come very well wrapped in a specific Bormioli configuration and ensconced in a beautiful Bormioli box.Because of all that, I bought THIS order as a Holiday Gift for a friend, so I am disappointed. No beautiful box, or fancy wrapping. They were barely wrapped - not the fancy configuration that shouts "gift" - and plunked in a plain brown packing box. The fact that they arrived intact may be a confirmation of the new formula's sturdiness - so yes, they are intact, so for transport, the packing worked, but NOT for a gift! So, I will keep them for myself, and find another gift. So Glad I was planning to hand deliver these, I would have been mortified with this presentation had I sent them.So, I deducted a star, the glasses themselves are lovely, so put this in the review for those of you choosing gifts for the special people in your life this holiday season. I will report back about the sturdiness factorSo, one of my favorite glasses, I use it as a water glass for my standard table setting, but it is also the glass I reach for when making spritzers, or for wine on the couch - less getting up to refill😉. I've had them six months, all are still intact, so, so far so good!

This is my second design from this company and I am incredibly satisfied - these glasses look beautiful and feel so great in the hand.

I was at a wine tasting complaining about the high cost of good wine glasses. The teachers wife recommended these glasses for every day use. They are a bit heavier than our expensive ones but my husband liked them suggested we buy red glasses from the same brand.
